INTRODUCTION

·        Pecca Group Berhad (“PGB” or “Pecca” or “Company”) is listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) under the industrial products and services sector on 19 April 2016.

·        The core activities of Pecca and its subsidiaries (the “Group”) are styling, manufacturing, distribution and installation of upholstery for seat covers for the automotive and aviation industries. While the Group’s core business started with the leather seat upholstery business through our operating subsidiaries, Pecca Leather Sdn Bhd (“PLSB”) and PT Pecca Gemilang Indonesia (“PGI”), the company has now expanded into other segments by leveraging its manufacturing capabilities in aviation and healthcare personal protective equipment (PPE) which includes face masks, face shields, PPE suits, etc. PLSB has invested in cleanroom machinery and facilities to manufacture high-quality PPE products and is registered with the Malaysian Medical Devices Authority (MDA) to obtain a license to establish a commercial business selling PPE products. In addition, PLSB has also obtained certification from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the European Union CE mark.
